The Association of Business Tenants was established in 1993 and currently has over 500 members. We are party-political neutral and independent of third-party business interests. After almost 30 years of activity we are experienced and dynamic, just what you would expect of any committed and ambitious partner.
Tobias Kunz, President
Studied law in Zurich. Court internship, Conciliation Authority Zurich, bar admission, chairman at Conciliation Authority Zurich. Independent since 2009, and in the meantime practicing exclusively in the field of tenancy law in an advisory capacity, litigation, and as speaker.
Dr. Armin Zucker, Vice President
Studied law in Zurich and Geneva. Court internship, bar admission and law office experience in the US. Formerly partner in a Swiss corporate law firm, member of the Conciliation Authority Zurich for tenancy law and legal advisor at Zurich tenant association. Armin Zucker specializes in real estate and tenancy law and is a lecturer for tenancy law.
